Worship Team

In 1982 Westside Family Fellowship began to take its first steps as a fledgling church. This was a time of great change, with a cross section of established and new believers working out their faith walk before God.

As worship is one of the foundations of a strong church, Mike Davidson and his team faithfully served the Lord in carrying out this responsibility. For many years this group was powerfully used by God to encourage, strengthen, and exhort His children.

The transition from this worship team saw the introduction of John Walker to the role of Worship Director. Under John's direction we were privileged to see the growth of 4 different teams, a feat accomplished by the inclusion of a wide variety of ages and talents.

In this current era of worship, we are in transition once again, with a move towards handing the keys to a new generation. Kerri Nava and Stephen Perison are in the process of receiving the mantle to lead the charge for God's people at Westside. They are young, vibrant in faith, filled with wonderful ideas, and most importantly open to change. We are looking forward to watching God move amongst us as this new season of worship takes stride.
